How does pricing work?
Once you've selected a candidate to hire, we charge a one-time 25% fee of the hire's first year salary. After that, there are no other fees, no recurring fees, and no hidden fees. You can pay an additional monthly fee of $300/mo per hire if you want Nimble to handle staffing.

What if things don’t work out with my Nimble hire?
We try our very best to ensure a quality match the first time around. If things don't work out in the first 90 days, let us know, and we'll find a replacement for you at no additional cost.
What services does Nimble offer?
Nimble is a headhunter talent agency, so our core offering is recruitment. We handle job board posting, sourcing, qualification, screening, background checks, interviews, assessments, and role matching. For an additional monthly fee, we can handle staffing, which includes payroll, PTO, holiday pay, time tracking, health insurance, training, and career development.
What does Nimble’s recruitment process look like?
First, we’ll have a discovery call with you to align on the job requirements. Once we’ve done that, we'll get to work on our search. Here is everything we'll do:

• Craft the job description
• Share on multiple job boards and post ads
• Source from our network and on the ground in The Philippines
• Screen resumes and applications (typically 500-1,000 per role)
• Organize pre-screening assessments
• Shortlist and reject applicants
• Organize additional skills-based assessment, English proficiency check, and device spec/WiFi checks
• Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Conduct background checks and check references
• Present top 3 candidates with resumes and highlights
• Facilitate final interviews for your selection
