Nimble is a headhunter talent agency, so our core offering is recruitment. We handle job board posting, sourcing, qualification, screening, background checks, interviews, assessments, and role matching. For an additional monthly fee, we can handle staffing, which includes payroll, PTO, holiday pay, time tracking, health insurance, training, and career development.
What does Nimble’s recruitment process look like?
First, we’ll have a discovery call with you to align on the job requirements. Once we’ve done that, we'll get to work on our search. Here is everything we'll do:
